Last chance! Don’t miss the opportunity to show off your irrigation and lighting business’ outstanding professional work.

The application window for the Changing the Landscape Awards, brought to you by the Irrigation Association, closes July 1.

The annual awards recognize outstanding professional work done by irrigation and lighting industry professionals, with winners’ projects featured in both print and online in an upcoming Irrigation & Lighting magazine issue.

Contractors can submit projects in one of two categories: irrigation and landscape lighting.

Service providers should submits projects that took on difficult obstacles or produced outstanding results for clients. Each chosen winner is recognized with an in-depth feature article in a print issue and online.

“These awards show off the dedication and ingenuity of green industry professionals as they excel in the field,” says Kyle Brown, Irrigation & Lighting editor-in-chief. “Last year’s winners faced a huge irrigation system upgrade that faced equipment breakdowns and labor challenges, and lighting installation done out over open water. We’re looking forward to seeing what the absolute best in the industry have to offer.”

Any projects within the above two categories that were completed or had follow-up work done during 2023 are eligible for entry. All entries must be submitted by July 1, 2024. Submitted projects are judged and winners will be selected by the Irrigation & Lighting Editorial Committee. Entrants need to include information about the scope of the project and what made the work stand out as one of their best projects in the past year. They also need to provide high-resolution images of the project’s finished stage. Contractors may submit multiple projects, but each project can only be submitted to a single category.
