Two staff members of the Irrigation Association, Fairfax, Virginia, appeared on industry podcasts to talk about the organization’s history and share the benefits of the upcoming 2023 Irrigation Show and Education Week, happening Nov. 27-Dec. 1 in San Antonio.
Noreen Rich, CAE, MBA, director of member engagement and industry relations for the Irrigation Association, appeared on “The Water Zone” to provide some insights into the association’s past as well as its mission and a snapshot of its long-term vision. She covered some of the ways that the Irrigation Association’s mission connects with the events at the Irrigation Show, including the new product contest as well as certification training and education.
Stephanie Clark, CEM, vice president of strategic partnerships and business development for the Irrigation Association, visited “The Morning Show on Turf’s Up Radio” to talk about all of the options available to irrigation professionals at this year’s Irrigation Show, from networking to professional development.
“I’m excited that our team members are sharing the opportunities available at the 2023 Irrigation Show and Education week with irrigation professionals through these podcasts,” says Brittany Tyrrell, senior meetings and events manager. “We’ve got several new features at this year’s event, such as the IA Pavillion, where pros can get connected with the tools they need to stay engaged. The Innovation Hub is returning this year as well to bring both industry presentations and an in-person new product contest. This year’s event will have something for every industry professional.”
