Franklin Electric Co. Inc., Fort Wayne, Indiana, promoted Travis Bradley to business unit director of industrial and engineered systems. To fill Bradley’s position, the company hired Andrew Schwarze as business unit director of groundwater distributors. Both Bradley and Schwarze will oversee directing Franklin Electric’s product development, sales and support efforts throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Bradley has worked for Franklin Electric for two years, and prior to joining the team, he worked in various sales and marketing roles across the groundwater and industrial water industry for over 16 years. Similarly, Schwarze brings 16 years of water systems experience, where he’ll cover product solutions that fulfill application needs.

“Serving the needs of water industry professionals is a critical focus for everyone at Franklin Electric, and these moves within our sales team will help strengthen the service and support we provide to our distributors and end-users,” says Ryan Johnson, Franklin Electric’s vice president of water systems for the Americas. “Both Bradley and Schwarze are proven leaders within the industry and understand the culture of commitment that Franklin Electric strives to bring to every customer interaction.”
