Valencia, California-based Landscape Development Inc. has started construction on its new office and dispatch facility in Clovis, California. The building is on schedule to be completed by the second quarter of 2021. It will help LDI to further build local relationships and offer expanded services regionally.

The Central Valley region is a strong market for the company under Division President Scott Heilman, according to LDI.

LDI offers services including preconstruction, design, landscape construction, maintenance and site services through all of California and Nevada. The new location will allow further expansion into Central Valley.

“Landscape Development, Inc. has been a strong provider in the greater Fresno area for many years,” says CEO Gary Horton. “This centrally located new facility is a great step in providing even higher levels of service and capability to our valued Central Valley clients.”

Klassen Corp. assisted with the design-build project, which is located at 541 N. Dewitt Ave., Clovis, California, 93611.
