Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc., McKinney, Texas, has added two more companies to its network: Irrigation Supply, a family-owned distributor of irrigation products and accessories, and North Florida Irrigation Equipment, a family-owned distributor of irrigation, lighting, water features/pumps.

Headquartered in Hewitt, Texas, Irrigation Supply was founded in 1987 and is currently owned by industry veteran, Jimmy Eubank. It operates a second location about 40 miles south of Hewitt in Belton with the ability to service a fast-growing segment of the Interstate 35 corridor.

Eubank will continue to lead the Irrigation Supply’s employee base going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customer and supplier partners.

“We are excited to announce our partnership with Jimmy and his dedicated team,” says Heritage President Matt McDermott .“Irrigation Supply adds two important locations to our footprint and follows the recent opening of six new greenfield branches across Texas which have already proven to be a powerful addition to our network in just a short time. We are proud to continue our expansion efforts in our home state of Texas and look forward to serving our contractor partners for many years to come.”

“I am pleased to be joining forces with Heritage and am confident the Heritage family of companies will be an excellent steward of my family’s legacy,” says Eubank. “Heritage’s commitment to exceptional customer service coupled with industry-leading growth opportunities and benefits available to all employees made it an easy decision to join their growing family of independent distributors. Our entire team is looking forward to supporting Heritage and our new sister branches across Texas.”

In Jacksonville, Florida, NFIE was founded more than 40 years ago by Harlan Eaton and is run today by Harlan’s son, Matt Eaton. It employs a team of 30 people and operates three locations in Florida in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ocala. Matt Eaton will continue to lead the company’s employees going forward.

“We are proud to have the exceptionally hardworking and dedicated employees of NFIE join the growing Heritage family,” says McDermott. “We have strong momentum in Florida and we are very excited to expand our footprint and capacity through this partnership with NFIE. Both NFIE and FIS Outdoor have deep roots in the industry and Florida market and we are honored to have this opportunity to unite both independent companies again under the umbrella of the Heritage family of companies.”

“We are thrilled to join the Heritage family and look forward to what we can accomplish with the FIS Outdoor team,” says Matt Eaton. “Throughout our history, NFIE has earned a reputation for exceptional customer service, and I am confident Heritage will be an excellent steward of this legacy. Together with FIS Outdoor, we are eager to deploy the capital and resources of Heritage to build the premier and most admired distributor in the entire state of Florida.”
