Elvisridge Capital LLC, Beachwood, Ohio, acquired Innovative Concrete Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of coatings, sealants and systems that renew, protect and beautify concrete and hardscapes. All ICT products are made in the USA.

“ICT is Elvisridge Capital’s second acquisition in the decorative concrete and hardscape industry,” says Michael Southard, managing director of Elvisridge Capital. “The products are available through leading pool and landscape distributors and paint store and swimming pool supply retailers. Our plan forward is to expand ICT’s geographic footprint and add complementary products.”

Located in Lakeland, Florida, ICT has been manufacturing a wide variety of products for the professional concrete coating and hardscapes trades since 1996. Their products are used on pool decks, patios, driveways, interior floors and counter tops, as well as commercial applications such as hotels, condominiums and restaurant floors.

“We believe Elvisridge Capital’s experience with sealants and coatings combined with their capital resources will allow us to continue to grow and increase market share,” says Alex Metrovich, who founded ICT in 1996. Alex and his wife, Tish Metrovich, will continue managing day-to-day operations and report to Jack Miller, vice president of landscape products at Elvisridge Capital.
