Ruppert Landscape, Laytonsville, Maryland, promoted five employees.
Two employees, Melissa Dunk and Ethan Brown, have been promoted to region managers.
Dunk will oversee operations in the company’s Frederick and Laytonsville, Maryland locations.
“Our strong brand recognition in this market can be largely attributed to Melissa’s influence, and we look forward to continued growth in this market for many years to come under her leadership,” says Doug Halsey, region vice president in the company’s landscape management division.
Brown will oversee operations in the company’s three Northern Virginia landscape management branches, located in Alexandria, Dulles and Gainesville.
“In Ethan’s three years as branch manager, he has been known for leading his team with record-breaking profit performance as well as building a strong team with the lowest employee turnover in the division,” says Fred Key, regional vice president in Ruppert’s landscape management division. “We look forward to the continued growth and leadership that Ethan will bring to the region and the branches he will be working with.”
Both Dunk and Brown had internal candidates replace them in their former roles.
Ryan Rote has been promoted to branch manager in Frederick, Maryland.
“I’m confident that, as branch manager, Ryan will continue to help strengthen the team with his vast production knowledge and his sense of humor,” says Halsey.
Cole Stoy has been promoted to branch manager in Alexandria, Virginia.
“Cole is always willing to help lend a hand to other local branches with the development of their enhancement teams,” says Key. “He is adept at recruiting excellent industry talent and developing a network of subcontractors that enable the branch to continue to grow and produce outstanding results. We look forward to seeing him put those talents to use in his new role.
A new branch manager was also announced at the company’s Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania, landscape management branch. Martin Sanchez will lead the location.
