Irrigation Association hosts value and risk webinar

The Irrigation Association will host “Irrigation’s Role in Sustaining Value & Mitigating Risk,” a one-hour webinar on July 26.
The webinar, ‘Irrigation’s Role in Sustaining Value & Mitigating Risk,’ takes place July 26 and will cover pressure affecting lenders and investors in the industry.

The Irrigation Association, Fairfax, Virginia, will host “Irrigation’s Role in Sustaining Value & Mitigating Risk,” a one-hour webinar on July 26.  

The session will provide attendees with an up-to-date understanding of rapidly evolving factors and pressures that lenders and investors are using to shape their actions, products and tools in the past year, with a look at how they’ll likely affect the irrigation industry in the future. 

The event will be moderated by Kyle Brungardt, senior vice president of Rabobank; Julie Bushell, vice president, water solutions of Paige Electric and president of Paige Wireless; Amy Kremen,  associate director of the Irrigation Innovation Consortium at Colorado State University; and Colby Pellegrino, deputy general manager, resources, at Southern Nevada Water Authority. The presenters include Bill Golden, PhD, research assistant professor at Kansas State University and Renata Rimsaite, PhD, senior program manager at Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute at the University of Nebraska. 

Attendees can register online for the event. The cost is $35 for members and $50 for non-members and is worth 0.25 CEU.
