The Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association debuts a dedicated irrigation track focused on helping contractors optimize irrigation systems while growing their businesses.

The Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association (FNGLA) announced an expansion of the educational offerings at The Landscape Show 2026 with the introduction of a dedicated Irrigation Track.

The new track covers topics ranging from irrigation water budgeting to backflow prevention, increasing profitability, sprinkler and electrical troubleshooting and trench safety.

The irrigation curriculum joins four existing education tracks—Growth and Technology, Management, Maintenance, and Design and Build—and is part of a program offering more than 30 educational sessions and over 400 vendors. Speakers include industry experts, including irrigation consultant Kurt Thompson, who is one of the few professionals worldwide to hold all nine of the Irrigation Association’s certifications.

The three-day event also features keynote speaker Lee Kitchen, who will share how he helped The Walt Disney Company create some of its most impactful marketing campaigns, memorable guest experiences, and real-time operational efficiencies across his 32-year career, and how contractors can bring those lessons to the irrigation and landscape industries.

The Landscape Show will take place August 19-21, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Each session qualifies for 1.0 FNGLA CEU.
