TrueWinds Consulting LLC., Lake St. Louis, Missouri, will host a team cultivation seminar for landscape and lawn care company owners and managers 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 9. Led by TrueWinds Principle Partner and founder Fred Haskett, seminar attendees will be presented with information regarding the current status of employee recruitment and retention, the “People Dilemma,” and how to build a unique plan to solve this dilemma.

TrueWinds’ seminar will cover 10 components of the people process, which include foundation: culture, HR administration and compliance, organizational structure, recruiting process, onboarding program, training program, performance management, career ladder, advancement and retention.

“I truly believe that the most successful organizations in the next three to five to seven years will not be the ones who deliver the best work or produce the best value,” says Haskett. “It will be the ones who know how to recruit, on-board, train, promote and retain their best people.”

Attendance costs $395. Visit TrueWinds’ website for a seminar agenda and to register.
