The Antelco Group, St. Agnes, Australia, has acquired Dawn Industries, Arvada, Colorado, effective March 4.

“Dawn’s philosophy to provide the consumer with high quality products, focusing on the design and manufacturing processes to ensure repeatable performance is identical to Antelco beliefs, making this acquisition seamless,” says Paul Bray, group general manager of Antelco Party Ltd.

Dawn’s General Manager Rodney May will continue to lead Dawn as he has for 28 years. The current business contacts and facets, as well as the Dawn Industries name and details, will continue as well despite having acquired by Antelco.
