Ewing Outdoor Supply is celebrating its national recognition as a 2026 Top Workplaces Distribution Industry winner for its people-first workplace culture. The company received the honor within the award’s distribution sector. 

“Being named a Top Workplaces Distribution Industry winner is a testament to Ewing’s culture and collaborative environment,” said Tom Childers, CEO of Ewing, in a company press release. “This recognition reflects the commitment we share in building an environment where every employee feels heard, valued, and empowered to do their best work.” 

Top Workplaces awards are determined based on research-backed employee feedback collected through Engage, a third-party engagement survey. The data reflects the employee experience and how well a company fosters a positive work experience and employee engagement.
