Magid receives top workplace award

Magid Glove and Safety, Romeoville, Illinois, was presented a Top Workplaces USA 2022 award in the 500-999 employee division.

The award is based on anonymous employee surveys performed by Energage. Energage looks at 15 company culture measures vital for organizational success, such as values, employee engagement, operational innovation and diversity, equity and inclusion.

“Together, we’ve created an environment where team members feel respected, appreciated and fulfilled,” says Jen Almodovar, Magid’s executive vice president of people. “Being named a top workplace was a team effort and we are proud of this achievement. The Magid team works together to build a culture where people can be themselves, have fun and make a difference keeping workers safe.”
