Neighborly Brands places 16 on Franchise 500 List

Neighborly landed several brands on the Franchise 500 list, which “offers a comprehensive overview of the state of the franchise world."
Of the 16 brands that made the list, four brands ranked No. 1 in their respective categories and eight brands listed in the top 200.

Neighborly, Waco, Texas, landed 16 of its 30 home services brands on the Franchise 500 list.

The list “offers a comprehensive overview of the state of the franchise world” and ranks franchises based on five metrics including costs and fees, size and growth, support and brand strength. The list is compiled by the media outlet Entrepreneur.

The 16 Neighborly brands included in the list were Aire Serv, Glass Doctor, Mr. Electric, Precision Door Service, Five Star Painting, The Grounds Guys, HouseMaster, Molly Maid, Mosquito Joe, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Handyman, Mr. Rooter Plumbing, Rainbow Restoration, Real Property Management, ShelfGenie and Window Genie.

“The recognition these 16 brands received for their rankings in this year’s Franchise 500 list demonstrates the strength of the Neighborly franchising system, and I am filled with pride in our team members and dedicated franchise owners for their contributions to the continued growth and successes of our organization,” says Brad Stevenson, chief development officer for Neighborly.

“This achievement is a direct result of our dedication to providing homeowners across the globe with top tier service, adding value to the franchise opportunities we provide in the process.”

Neighborly was founded in 1981 under the name of Dwyer Group and has since grown to become the holding company of several service brands.
