The Ohio Green Industry Association announced its 2021 scholarship award recipients. Six students attending Ohio universities pursuing a major in landscape, nursery production or related horticulture subject areas were named.

The OGIA President’s Scholarship winner was Kristen McDonald, attending Columbus State Community College. Garret Zisk, attending Owens Community College, won the Artist in Landscape Design Scholarship by Fullmer’s Landscaping.

The Phil Kozel Memorial Scholarship winners included Ryan Bodley at Columbus State Community College, Taylor DeLand at Ohio State Agricultural Technical Institute and Cara Robinson, University of Cincinnati. Gretchen Germann, attending Penta Career Center, was named the FFA High School Scholar.
