Move expands ADS’ stormwater and irrigation portfolio, boosting reach in residential water management.

Advanced Drainage Systems announced plans to acquire National Diversified Sales from Norma Group SE in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1 billion.

The deal, expected to close in early 2026, will add NDS’ residential water management, access boxes and irrigation solutions to ADS’ portfolio, strengthening its position as a comprehensive provider of stormwater and on-site wastewater systems.

ADS leaders said the acquisition broadens the company’s reach into retail and distributor channels, expands its addressable market into landscape irrigation, and enhances resiliency by increasing exposure to the residential repair and remodel segment.
